Michael Jackson's Former Dermatologist Is Bankrupt !

Michael Jackson's long-time dermatologist and friend, Dr. Arnold Klein, is being accused of not paying rent for his $60k a month Beverly Hills mansion and using his bankruptcy proceedings to "maintain a lavish personal lifestyle at the expense of his creditors," according to court documents.

 It has to be noted that the bankrupt former "celebrities' doctor" auctioned off memorabilia from celebrities that had made him famous to pay off his creditors. All three of Klein's multi-million dollar homes are also being sold off. He has a total of $12 million in debts, according to his federal bankruptcy filing.

The company that owns the Beverly Hills estate Klein is currently living in, YLH 26 Holdings, is asking a judge to lift a stay that prevents Dr. Klein from being evicted because he is in bankruptcy proceedings. Klein signed the lease on January 24, 2011, for a two month term at $60k a month, and after that it went from month-to-month. According to court documents, Klein allegedly stopped paying on April 1, 2012, and the landlord is responsible for paying the utilities.

The landlord began eviction proceedings, but according to the documents, "On or about May 1, 2012, YLH received a letter from Peter M. Lively who identified himself as Klein's bankruptcy counsel...The letter states that Klein is in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which was filed on January 20, 2011, four days prior to entering into the Lease. This was the first time YLH was given notice of Klein's bankruptcy. The letter asserts that the automatic stay applies to prevent YLH from taking action to remove Klein from the property."

The company claims that the last rental check they received from Klein was only partial payment covering April 1-15, 2012, and he allegedly hasn't made any payments since then.
Further causing distress to the homeowner - Klein's utility bill averages a whopping $6,832.11 a month, which Klein doesn't have to pay!

"YLR has a legitimate concern that Klein might cause significant harm to the Property, and the ability to recover from the estate for any such damage is questionable," the documents assert. "The property is a large, luxurious residence which contains many valuable artifacts and features. The Property was rented furnished and contains over $1 million in furniture and artwork, some of which is irreplaceable. Klein's frequent overheating of the large pool on the Property to levels beyond the manufacturer's recommendations indicates his disregard for the preservation of the Property's assets."

YLH further claims in their court filing, "Chapter 11 bankruptcy debtor, Arnold Klein, has taken advantage of the protection of the automatic stay in order to maintain a lavish personal lifestyle at the expense of his creditors. Klein's gross mismanagement of his bankruptcy estate led the Court to appoint a Chapter 11 Trustee to oversee the estate.

 Nevertheless, Klein continues to misuse the bankruptcy process in an effort to remain in possession of a $60,000/month Beverly Park home without paying rent. Movant seeks relief from stay in order to pursue its state court remedies to obtain possession of the property."

The matter is under submission to the judge.

Well, it is pretty obvious what kind of person is Dr. Klein...

MJ Estate At War With The Girl From The "Thriller" Video

Michael Jackson's Estate has finally settled its beef with the girl who played MJ's date in the epic "Thriller" video - three years after she filed her lawsuit.

Ola Ray sued Michael Jackson and his production company in May 2009 - the month before Jackson passed away - claiming she hadn't been paid royalties from the legendary 1983 music video.

The former Playboy Playmate sued for breach of contract, insisting she was still owed a massive chunk of "Thriller" profits.

It is unknown how much the Estate settled for, but it appears that Ola got something.

It has to be mentioned that "Thriller" director John Landis has filed a similar lawsuit against the Estate.  Both sides reportedly are still trying to negotiate a settlement.

Michael Jackson's Bodyguard: "Michael Was A Paranoid Maniac"

Michael Jackson's former bodyguard claims that the King of Pop was a paranoid maniac who ordered members of his inner circle to kill his older brother Randy according to "The Sun".

In the interview with "The Sun" ex-bodyguard Matt Fiddes states "Michael was caught in a war with his brothers for years, They were desperate to sign him up to a $500 million deal for a Jackson 5 reunion tour."

Fiddes, a martial arts expert who worked with Michael Jackson in the UK and in the US , revealed "Things reached a head when Randy was trying to force his way past the bodyguards to speak to him in one of his rented homes. Michael ordered him to be shot."

Of course, no one shot Randy but Fiddes declared "Randy was so scared he got on the phone and threatened to call the Press. He told the bodyguards, "If you shoot me the whole world will know about it.""

Fiddes continued, "[Michael] was out of mind on drugs and luckily Randy was OK."

It has to be mentioned that Fiddes has been accusing Michael to "The Sun" for a while now ... Just last week he claimed that Michael despised Madonna and poked holes in a Voodoo doll of Steven Spielberg after Michael Jackson became a Nazi sympathizer.

None of Fiddes' accusations have been corroborated.

Michael Jackson's Last Surgical Mask For Auction !

Here’s the latest Michael Jackson's item up for auction. Actually, it’s the last surgical mask Michael Jackson ever wore. Michael  had it on at rehearsals for the "This Is It" tour the night before he passed away. It even has traces of MJ’s makeup and a strand of hair attached.  TMZ  found the  mask on the Nate D Sanders auction house website. Check out the description below…

 "Michael Jackson’s black surgical mask, actually worn by the superstar on the eve of his death. Jackson’s personal bodyguard, Eric Muhammad, provides a letter of provenance and proof of his history in Jackson’s employ, both included in this lot. The King of Pop was found unconscious in his home and then rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead on 25 June 2009. The night before, the star spent several hours rehearsing for his comeback tour "This Is It" at Los Angeles’ Staples Center. This is the mask that covered the singer’s nose and mouth in these last 24 hours of his extraordinary life, and contains visible traces of his makeup. The mask, especially made for Jackson, is made of silky fabric sewn in a pleated design, and the pleat folds are relaxed in the center area due to wear. A single dark strand of Jackson’s hair accompanies the mask. Measures 8.25” x 5.75”, and cloth ties extending from each of the mask’s four corners measure 11.5". Separation present to bottom seam that once connected the fabric to the trim, a characteristic of the otherwise near fine mask that allows it to be identified in photos of Jackson wearing it. An incredibly rare and extremely personal affect that belonged to the greatest entertainer in the world."

 Just keep in mind that these items don’t come cheap. It has to be mentioned that bidding has already passed $20,000. It’s expected to reach $150,000. Just for the record, there are four days left on the auction.

Dick Clark's Tragic Death Secrets Revealed !
