Nick Stahl Officially In Rehab

Missing "Terminator 3" actor Nick Stahl has told his wife he has checked in to rehab.  

It has to be noted that Stahl was reported missing earlier this week by his wife Rose, but e-mailed friends yesterday to say he was okay and would be unreachable for the next 30 days so he could get help.

Stahl's wife, Rose states she spoke to Stahl last night-very briefly -and he revealed her he checked into rehab. Rose claims she double-checked with the rehab this morning to make sure he was still there. And he was!

Rose reveals she is not even thinking about divorce right now. She is just relieved he is safe. Rose states the couple's daughter has been asking about Nick's whereabouts lately and Rose is glad she can now say that daddy is safe and will be home soon.

Rose claims she plans to visit Nick in rehab as much as possible, but she doesn't know how long his stay in rehab will be.

Robin Gibb Dead At 62 !

Robin Gibb, one-third of the legendary group the Bee Gees, passed away Sunday after a long battle with cancer. He was 62.

His spokesperson released a statement: "The family of Robin Gibb, of the Bee Gees, announce with great sadness that Robin passed away today following his long battle with cancer and intestinal surgery. The family have asked that their privacy is respected at this very difficult time."

It has to be noted that Gibb was diagnosed two years ago with colon and liver cancer. He had been hospitalized several times in the last few years, most recently last month with pneumonia.

Gibb was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1994 and the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame three years later.

R.I.P Robin Gibb

Lil Wayne Accused Of Assault Again !

For the second time in a month, Lil Wayne and his entourage are under investigation for assault and once again the alleged victim caught a beatdown for daring to take a photo of Weezy.

Alfredo Marino states on May 3 he spotted Lil Wayne and his posse skateboarding. Marino claims he is a big fan of Wayne's, so he went up to Weezy to ask for a photo but was shut down.

Marino retreated to his car, where he tried sneaking a pic. Marino tells that Wayne walked over with his crew and began threatening him, saying: "Don’t you know all it takes is a word and these motherf**kers are going to f**k you up?"

Marino claims he was clocked from behind with a skateboard, which knocked him down and left him bleeding from the head. Marino reveals he suffered a concussion and vertigo.

Marino's lawyer, Craig Chisvin quoted as saying: "My client will enforce all of his rights under the law and all individuals responsible for this outrageous incident will be blamed for the damages that my client has suffered and continues to suffer."

It has to be noted that in April a photog in Miami filed a police report claiming he was attacked by Lil Wayne's crew for the same offense.

Cops are investigating.

Dionne Warwick Unpaid Taxes

It might be the first time the United States has ever admitted it was wrong: after mistakenly accusing Whitney Houston's cousin Dionne Warwick of owing more than $2 million in back taxes!  

Uncle Sam filed a federal tax lien against Dionne back in 2009, claiming Dionne owed $2.2 million in unpaid taxes from the 90s, but The US was wrong.

The IRS just filed new documents admitting it too, officially revoking its claim that Dionne owes the government the massive $2.2 million sum.

According to the IRS, it made an accounting mistake and Warwick now only owes just under one million.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" Home Is Sold !

The Hidden Hills home that was the centerpiece of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" for 5 seasons has been sold and the TV producer who bought it has exorcised all Kardashian demons by tearing the whole thing down except for one precious piece.

It has to be noted that he new owner had the homestead disassembled piece by Armenian piece ... the toilets, cabinets, even the roof were donated to Habitat for Humanity.  The Kardashian remnants will adorn homes throughout the world.

According to sources, the owner plans on building a modern, industrial-type home in its place. 

As for the one piece the owner kept?? The stripper pole, which will become a coat rack!

Timothy Busfield Accused Of Sexual Battery !

A movie date for Timothy Busfield went terribly awry.

You may wonder why... A woman is now accusing Busfield of sexual battery!

Law enforcement sources reveal that Busfield took a date to the ArcLight theaters in Sherman Oaks Wednesday night. The two reportedly began kissing during the movie, but the woman claims at some point that Busfield groped her in the breast and genital areas.

According to reports, the woman abruptly ended the date and went to police the following evening, filing a report alleging sexual battery.

Law enforcement sources claim that police are investigating.

It has to be noted that Busfield has not been arrested, but cops would like to speak with him. 

It sounds like Busfield is in trouble...Don't you think?

Mark Zuckerberg On "The Social Network" Movie !

Facebook CEO ,Mark Zuckerberg, commented on the movie "The Social Network" at Stanford University. Zuckergberg confirmed that Jesse Eisenberg, who played him in the movie, wore every shirt and fleece that he had actually worn. While the movie got a lot of things wrong, they did get some random details right, he stated.

"They framed it as if I wanted to get girls or into some social institution," Zuckerberg claimed of his portrayed love life. "I’ve been dating the same girl since before Facebook."

Of course, Mark Zuckerberg is referring to Priscilla Chan, whom married today!

Priscilla Chan: Who Is She ?

It's no secret that Priscilla Chan married today Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.



You may wonder: "Who is Priscilla Chan and how did she meet the now rich and famous Mark Zuckerberg?"

While not a lot of biographical information about Chan is known, what we do know is that she met Zuckerberg while studying at Harvard back around the year 2004.

It was that year that Mark came up with the Facebook concept. He and his pals that he was close to, including Chan, packed up and moved to Palo Alto, California to develop his business project into an empire. Initially he and his friends planned on going back to college, but their business took off and they stayed in California.



Chan has not only snagged Zuckerberg’s heart, but she has also been an active part in Mark’s business. But she has stood by her man through it all. In a book written by Sarah Lacy, we are hearing that despite their busy work with Facebook, they drew up a contract to spend time together outside of it all. One rule includes "One date per week, a minimum of a hundred minutes of alone time, not in his apartment, and definitely not at Facebook."

Facebook Founder, Mark Zuckerberg, Marries Priscilla Chan !

Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg updated his status to "married" on Saturday.

Zuckerberg and 27-year-old Priscilla Chan got married at a small ceremony at his Palo Alto, California, home, capping a busy week for the couple, according to a guest authorized to speak for the pair. The person spoke only on the condition of anonymity.

Zuckerberg took his company public in one of the most anticipated stock offerings in Wall Street history Friday. And Chan graduated from medical school at the University of California, San Francisco, on Monday, the same day Zuckerberg turned 28, the person stated.

It has to be noted that the couple met at Harvard and have been together for more than nine years, the person said.

Zuckerberg designed the ring featuring "a very simple ruby," according to the person.

The ceremony took place in Zuckerberg's backyard before fewer than 100 guests, including Facebook's chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg.

The guests all considered they were coming to celebrate Chan's graduation but were told after they arrived that the event was in fact a wedding.

"Everybody was shocked," the guest revealed.

Rather than his trademark hoodie, Zuckerberg wore a suit for the ceremony, while his bride wore a traditional wedding dress.

Food was served family-style and included dishes from the couple's favorite Palo Alto sushi restaurant. The two had been planning the wedding for months but were waiting until Chan had graduated to hold the wedding, the guest claimed.

The timing wasn't tied to the IPO, since the date the company planned to go public was a "moving target," the guest told.

Even after the IPO, Zuckerberg remains Facebook's single largest shareholder, with 503.6 million shares. And he controls the company with 56 percent of its voting stock.

Not to mention that the site, which was born in a dorm room eight years ago, has grown into a worldwide network of almost a billion people.

Just for the record, Zuckerberg founded Facebook at Harvard in 2004. He was selected as Time's Person of the Year in 2010, at age 26. Zuckerberg grew up in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y.

John Travolta's Sex Accuser #2 Is Revealed !

The masseur,who accused John Travolta of sexual assault in a lawsuit he filed as "John Doe No. Two," has been identified at John Truesdale, a licensed massage therapist and married father.

"The New York Daily News" tracked down the 6 ft. tall, 250 lb., certified black belt who works at a resort in Atlanta.

"I thought I was supposed to be anonymous," Truesdale stated as he posed for a "Daily News" photo.

Truesdale filed a $2 million lawsuit against Travolta on May 8 in which he accused the actor of highly inappropriate behavior during a massage.  The former U.S. Army medic was then represented by lawyer Okorie Okorocha.

On Thursday, he dropped Okorocha, signed on with Gloria Allred and withdrew the lawsuit.

"I can't talk about (the case)," Truesdale told The Daily News. "I’m not allowed to give any comment."

Allred revealed why she withdrew Truesdale's original suit.

"We believe that the lawsuit should be filed in another court and, therefore, the lawsuit that was on file was dismissed without prejudice. We will be conferring with our client regarding what will happen next in this case," Allred claimed.

Travolta's attorney Marty Singer has strongly denied all the allegations against his client.

Two more men have reportedly come forward making similar claims against Travolta, bringing the total now to seven.

Celine Dion's Private Island Montreal Estate For Sale-Take A Peek Inside !

Celine Dion and her husband Rene Angelil have listed their amazing Montreal estate for just over $29 million.

Situated on a 20 acre private island accessible only via a gated bridge or helicopter, the estate is definitely fit for music royalty.

The 24,000 sq. ft. stone house was designed as a French Norman chateau when the pair built it in 2001. It has six bedrooms, six baths and another three half-baths.

There's a formal living room, a dining room that seats 18 and a kitchen that would put most restaurants to shame. Other features include a paneled library, state of the art wine cellar with tasting room, a family room with fireplace and a gym.
The massive master's suite takes opulence to a whole new level. There are his and her bedrooms, each with there own baths, walk-in closets, and balconies overlooking the water.

Of course, there is also a pool and pool house, apparently little used by the couple who also have mansions in Florida and Las Vegas.

But for any real Celine fan, the estate comes fully furnished! Almost all the elaborate furniture and artwork is included.
It has to be noted that last September, an intruder reportedly managed to break into the home and was caught by cops while taking a bath.

Kim Kardashian Promotes Diet Pills In UK !

It’s business as usual for Kim Kardashian as she stepped out in London on Saturday to promote the UK launch of QuickTrim.

Curvy Kim took the time to pose for photographs with British fans waiting outside her hotel before heading off to advertise the product at the Westfield shopping mall.

Kim Kardashian,who is in town with rapper boyfriend Kanye West, happily promoted the product she claims keeps her in shape.

Kim was cheerful despite the recent controversy surrounding another weight loss product that she endorsed – Sketchers Shape-Up shoes.

In a steamy TV commercial Kim pretended to dump her personal trainer to "workout" in the sneakers that are supposed to keep you toned and trim just by walking around in them.

While not admitting to any wrongdoing, the company has agreed to pay $40 million to settle the U.S. government's claim that the shoes didn't perform as advertised.

Most of the money will provide partial refunds to customers who paid up to $100 for the shoes that Kim helped to promote.

The question is: "After that incident with Skechers shoes do you trust Kim?"

Mary Kennedy Funeral

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was one of several family members and friends in attendance at the funeral of Mary Kennedy, held today in Bedford, NY.  

It has to be noted that Mary Kennedy, 52, was found dead in her Mount Kisco, New York home on Wednesday afternoon. The Westchester County medical examiner ruled she died as a result of asphyxiation by hanging.

Celebrities at the funeral today included Maria Schriver, Glenn Close, Edward James Olmos, Chevy Chase, Caroline Kennedy, Larry David, Dan Akroyd, John McEroe, and Andre Balazs.

Mena Suvari's Divorce War Is Over !

Mena Suvari's divorce war is over! According to reports, Suvari has reached a settlement with her ex and she won't have to pay him ever again.

It has to be noted that Mena's husband Simone Sestito was demanding $17k per month in spousal support, claiming Mena makes a fortune and he got used to living the good life.

But Mena's rep states the two discussed things out in private and were able to bury the hatchet : "They have amicably resolved their financial differences outside of Mediation and Court."

The rep adds: "Neither party will pay the other any support."

It has to be mentioned that the two remain friends and wish each other future success.

Janice Dickinson: Evicted From Her L.A. Home !

Janice Dickinson, the self-proclaimed "world's first supermodel", is reportedly evicted from her Los Angeles home!

Janice is sued by her landlords, who claim Janice stiffed 'em out of 3 months of payments for a 3,000 square foot home she's renting in West Los Angeles.

And at $5,900-a-month, it definitely adds up - totaling $17,700!

In the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the landlords also reveal they gave Janice a 3-day notice to pay up or get out on May 7th , but she failed to do either.  

Now, the landlords are begging a judge to step in, so they can get Janice out of the home along with the money she owes.

Nick Stahl Emailed Friends He Is Ok!

Missing "Terminator 3" star Nick Stahl has reached out to friends via email, telling them he's ok and pledging to go to rehab.  

According to sources, Stahl emailed friends yesterday and apologized for scaring them. Stahl reportedly told friends he was getting treatment and would be out of contact for the next 30 days.

Sources reveal Stahl's friends and family hope he's telling the truth, but they are skeptical.

Stahl's wife, the one who reported him missing, was not on the email.

"Donna Summer Was A Nonsmoker" Family Says

The family of Donna Summer is hitting back at media reports that smoking contributed to the Disco Queen's death on Thursday.

Summer died of lung cancer, family members said in a statement on Friday. However, they claim that contrary to some reports, Donna Summer was a nonsmoker.

"Obviously, numerous factors can be attributed to the cause of cancer in general, but any details regarding the diagnosis and subsequent treatment of Ms. Summer's case remain between her family and team of doctors," the family quoted as saying.

Donna Summer's Friends "Shocked" By Her "Private" Illness !

Donna Summer's death Thursday at age 63 following a 10-month battle with cancer, hit friends, fans and colleagues hard in different ways. Two people who had a close, decades-long relationship with the Disco Queen, her former manager Joyce Trabulus and Trabulus' son (and Summer producer) Evan Bogart, spoke with TODAY's Matt Lauer via satellite from L.A. to share their memories.

Trabulus revealed that while they had once been very close, she was not aware of Summer's illness. "I was very surprised," she stated. "Shocked, really." But, she claimed, she realized why Summer kept her diagnosis quiet. "She was a very private person and wanted to be with her family, and I think she would not have had the opportunity to keep going with all the projects that she was doing. No grass ever grew under Donna's feet."

Bogart knew Summer his entire life and then grew up to work as a producer for some of her music. "It's kind of weird growing up and knowing Donna the legend, Donna the name and Donna the person as a kid," he recalled. "Actually being able to go in the studio and work one-on-one with her ... was magical."

When Summer first became a big star, recalled Trabulus, she was really starting from ground zero: "She was living quite a normal life in Munich when we found her," she said. "She came over as a star, and she had to learn how to do choreography and dance and makeup and everything on the road. She was very brave, and took it all on."

Jennie Garth And Tiffany Thiessen: Former Friends-Now Enemies !

Former Beverly Hills, 90210 stars - and enemies! - Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty recently ended their 20-year war and onset rivalry to forge a surprisingly solid friendship.

And while Garth, 40, and Doherty, 41, have also mended fences with Tori Spelling, things aren't quite so warm between Garth and fellow 90120 gal Tiffany Thiessen.

Joining the cast of the beloved teen soap in 1994 after Doherty's scandal-plagued departure, Thiessen, 38, and Garth quickly became BFFs off-camera-with Garth even tapping Thiessen to be a bridesmaid at her wedding.

But they've since had a falling out according to "Us Weekly".

During a 2009 party, a guest recalls, a stone-faced Garth wouldn't even look at the White Collar actress when Thiessen said "hello".

"Finally, Jennie snapped, "OK? You got me?"," the guest states. "Tiffany looked sheepish and Jennie walked away It was very awkward."

On the other hand, things are much sweeter with Garth, Doherty and Spelling these days, with Garth even leaning on Spelling, 38, in the wake of her painful divorce from husband Peter Facinelli.

"It's like high school friends that you fought with but now love," another source claims. "They're a big part of your past!"

Kanye West: Cameo On Kim Kardashian's Show !

Kim Kardashian's boyfriend Kanye West is chronicled on this Sunday’s season premiere of "Keeping up with The Kardashians", where we watch Kanye get something Kim's ex Kris Humphries never could have: sister Khloe's approval!

"Kim and Kanye are like two peas in a pod," Khloe reveals Kourtney of Kanye, 34, as they attended the opening of RYU, the restaurant venture from Kourtney's baby daddy, Scott Disick.

Still if viewers are hoping for a full-on Kanye-fest because of his newfound relationship, they might be disappointed, according to Kim.

"I'm not going to be taking a bubble bath and drinking champagne or on a sex swing like Khloe and Lamar do," Kim told E! News. "It's not going to be like that. If we are having dinner and he does show up, I'm sure we're not going to go, "Stop the cameras!""
